Established in August 1999, Shunde Midea Water Dispenser Co. Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Guangdong Midea Group, one of the nine major subsidiary businesses of Midea Inc. With the tenet of “Concentrate on Improving Technology of Water Dispenser, Help Create Healthy Drinking Water for People? we are devoted to development and production of water dispensers.
The company has six major functional departments, namely, Operation & Development, Production Technology, Domestic Marketing, Overseas Marketing, Financial, and Quality Control Departments, as well as 12 highly automatic production lines. With an annual production capacity of 5.2 million units, it is the biggest production base of water dispensers in China. Since foundation of the company, we have launched a range of water dispensers: “Healthy Doctor? “Easy Doctor? “Cool Doctor? and “Outer Space Doctor? whose beautiful and humanized design and perfect after-sales service have been praised by many customers, selling well in more than 40 countries and regions, steadily gaining market share. At the moment, we have overseas branches in Europe, US, Japan, South Korea, and Hongkong.
In the new century, our company puts strong emphasis on product quality and R&D, while pioneered in digging new sales channels, with products entering department stores, supermarkets, and warehouse supermarkets for electric appliance, which provide new stages for water dispenser industry. In 2001, Midea water dispensers?sales volume exceeded 1.5 million units, mainly due to the two extremely different models of “Outer Space Doctor?and “Well-Off Doctor? and their competitive prices, occupying the top position in the end-consumer market around the country. According to the National Statistics Bureau, the sales volume of Midea water dispenser ranked No. 1 in the country in 2001. In 2002, the company launched various new models of top technology in the industry, such as “Digital Doctor? “Artistic Doctor? “Energy-Saving Doctor? and “Safety Doctor? which gained great popularity. The technology of “Digital Doctor?took precedence of any other water dispenser models. In order to meet the development of domestic real estate and water dispenser industries, Midea took the lead in establishing the first water dispenser company in the country, which specializes in developing technology of water dispenser and water-purifying equipment, with product range covering water purifier, water dispenser, water dispensing pipeline, purified water dispenser, and quality-classified water supply equipment for buildings, heightening the standards of drinking water.
